Again, we applaud your hard work and resolve in helping to right U.S. broadband policy so that it more truly serves consumers, society and our overall prosperity. Not only are they inapt for today’s converged marketplace, they unconstitutionally abridge the speech and association rights of all players in the Internet ecosystem. The FCC would do well to rid innovation and free speech of these needless proscriptions. I want to quote at length from these logs, because I think the reports of the actual experience make for a more immediate understanding of what isolation tanks are all about. To this end, the FCC should eliminate, or significantly relax, its present Net Neutrality framework.
