A few years ago, when I first got into nutrition, I read the book, “The Power of Now” which talks about the state of our bodies right now in relation to our actions which we take in the present moment. The authors talk about the idea that it is our minds when we are most focused on the past or the future that affects our body and our health.
A few years ago I found myself feeling really stressed out and tired. I knew that I was eating the wrong kind of food and that I wasn’t sleeping enough, so I checked out a few books about nutrition and lifestyle and decided to start researching. I found a few things about the way we think which made a lot of sense, and I started to look at my life and how I was feeling. I was really tired and had been feeling stressed and tired for quite a while.
