Account executive is an account where members pay monthly dues to be able to use their accounts. Members pay to have our free service enabled, and the more members you have, the more you get to do.
Account executive is just one of many accounts. There are many more roles to account executive. For example, the Account Executive Council, an unpaid group of account executives that helps monitor account executives and take action when it’s warranted.
You can find out a lot about an account executive from the site, but also from your account manager. The site has a great overview, but we recommend paying close attention to your account manager. The account managers in our survey were highly engaged in the survey, and it was clear they were looking to improve their job and take better care of their clients. The best account manager I’ve ever worked with had to leave the company because she made things too easy for account executives.
